ALEXANDER'S GRAPE CONCENTRATES

Alexander's packages their wine grape concentrates in 46 ounce cans. Without using supplemental sugar, each can will make 1.5 gallons of wine (at 20 degrees Balling). Accordingly, at least two cans must be used for a 5 gallon batch (supplemented with corn sugar). Three cans are recommended for a full-bodied wine, but please note that for some varietals the Vintner's Reserve kits may be more economical than a three-can purchase of Alexander's.
