BREWING IN STYLE
In this column, we'll set our sites on a beer style often brewed or consumed during the months ahead. We'll examine the present status of the style, then take a peek back through it's history. Then we'll focus in on the definition of the style, and what special brewing practices are involved in brewing it. Then, if you find yourself hooked on the style (or at least curious), we'll leave you with a list of recipes to experiment with.
