Phil's Sparger: A self-powered rotating arm which produces an evenly distributed rain-like spray. A measurable increase in mashing efficiency can be realized with its use. The sparger comes complete with a handy holding bracket. The 10 inch spray arm fits inside our 6-gallon bucket (6-100). Connects to spigots on 12-505 or 12-515.Phil's Phalse Bottom: Perforated dome made of food-grade polypropylene. It seals on the bottom of the vessel. A fitting at the center of the dome is attached to a drain. There are two sizes available: a 10 inch for 6-gallon buckets (6-100) and a 12 inch for 10-gallon picnic coolers. Includes 2 1/2 feet of 3/8 inch tubing and clamp.
