Soda Pop Extracts  Make delicious soda pop at home using these soda pop extracts. Just mix the extract with sugar and water, add yeast, and bottle. Use cappable bottles and crown caps (see caps and cappers on page 15). Each bottle of all-natural extract makes a 4-5 gallon batch and requires 4-5 pounds of cane sugar and a package of dry Premier Cuvée yeast (below). Shp. Wt. 6 oz.
