A style steeped in tradition. During the 18th century, bartenders would blend three different beers from three different casks to create a more flavorful, complex beverage. Porter is rumored to have been brewed to replace these “three thread” beers, and named for the workmen that guzzled them. A “few grains” shy of a stout, our Porter has a dark brown color, roasted/coffee taste and a malty finish.
