PBW  P.B.W. is a buffered alkaline detergent that has been brewery proven to be more than just an effective substitute for caustic cleaners. Because of its unique Patent Pending formulation P.B.W. can out-perform caustic cleaners and still not corrode soft metals. This product does not depend on caustic soda to remove soils but on active oxygen and mild alkali to do the same job. The activated oxygen in this product helps in reducing B.O.D. in the brew house waste water. This can help reduce the impact that cleaning solutions can have on municipal waste water systems.
