The Cellar Homebrew :: Mead
Lately there has been a resurgence of interest in mead, the ancient “nectar of the gods.” It’s probably mankind’s oldest fermented beverage, and modern brewers and vintners alike find some intrigue in fermenting honey as an additive or by itself. To help our curious customers explore the possibilities of honey wine, we’ve put together an ingredient kit. Included, you’ll find a 5 gallon batch’s worth of ingredients and additives, as well as complete instructions. Shp. Wt. 16 lbs.
When ordering the kit with liquid yeast, please specify sweet or dry finish. If not, we’ll ship the dry finish version.
