INDIA PALE ALE: “Round the Horn IPA”  Our most recent (and radical) interpretation of the beer style once shipped around the Cape to the troops in India. This high alcohol, surprisingly fruity brew has an aggressive flavor which mellows with a few weeks’ age. High-alpha bittering hops and plentiful dry hopping lends this brew a citrusy hop nose and lingering bitterness. This recipe is for hop-heads only!
