Home Concentrate Winery  This Winery is designed for use with the boxed kit wines from Vintner’s Reserve. The winery includes all necessary equipment except empty wine bottles ( which may be collected on your own or purchased new from The Cellar ). Winery Includes:
  • 6 Gallon Poly Fermentor with Spigot and Lid
  • 1 Five Gallon Glass Carboy with Airlock and Adapter
  • Triple Scale Hydrometer
  • Hydrometer Test Jar
  • Syphon Hose & Racking Tube
  • Corks and Corker
  • 2 Thermometer Strips
  • Transfer Hose and Sanitizer
  • Complete Instructions
    • The Winery can be upgraded for producing fresh fruit and grape wines by adding a poly fermentor of 10 gallons or more. A press and/or crusher may also be necessary.
