Honey beers are becoming popular among American microbreweries. We couple the nutty character of wheat with the sweet notes of Northwest honey in this uniquely refreshing treat. The honey is added at the end of this brew's boil to keep it's sweet aromatics. No finishing hops are used in this brew to allow those honey tones to shine through.
