A unique German style recently revived and revised by American micro-breweries. A highly carbonated, lightly hopped wheat beer with plenty of yeast. This beer goes well with a squeeze of lemon. Choose the liquid yeast version to achieve the fruity overtones and banana/clove touches of the true German style. We’ll include optional directions for putting the “hefe” in your weizen by saving some yeast for pitching at bottling time. Shp. Wt. 13 lbs.
