The Pale Ale style was developed and perfected in England, where spicy, aromatic hops, barrel conditioning, and lower carbonation levels combined for a flavorful, refreshing treat--and one of the classics of beer styles. Our recipe involves the traditional method of dry-hopping with English-grown Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops. Shp. Wt. 10 lbs. 8 oz.
