In the Belgian Dubbel Abbey style. A dark amber ale with a solid malt character. The use of Belgian grains, dark candi sugar, and noble hops creates a refreshing, year-round ale. Using the Belgian Abbey II liquid yeast is recommended, as it will give this ale the true Belgian character of a Dubbel.
